Michelle and Leo's Wedding

As mentioned in my previous posting, Michelle and Leo exchanged vows yesterday, October 25, 2008. This couple planned for an elaborate reception at the Rusty Pelican with close to 210 guest. For their colors, they chose gold and brown with orange and ivory accents. For cocktail hour, guest were treated to a sushi boat filled with an assortment of sushi. Throughout the night, guest were also treated to a tasty candy station and an espresso bar.

Below are the pictures of their reception decor. I couldn't choose just 4 or 5 pictures, so I decided to post all of them. Enjoy!

As favors, guests received ice cream scooper's, wine toppers, and hand made maracas.

The candy station looked so delicious. It consisted of Hershey's Kisses, Lindt Chocolate, Jordan Almonds, Godiva chocolate, rock candy, and much more.

The cake, by Edda's Cake Designs, was so beautiful. The 4 tiers of the cake were adorned with hundreds of Swarovski crystals and flower brooches that ran down the middle.

The flowers, by Terra Flowers, were breath taking. They were huge arrangements of Hydrangeas and Orchids. It was exactly what the bride wanted. They complimented the romantic lighting and the height of the room.

Michelle and Leo: I truly enjoyed working with you guys! Have fun on your honeymoon and remember that you can count on me for anything. I wish you guys happiness and a long life together.

To all the vendors: Great job! Thank you for helping me make the couple's vision a reality.

Marisol and Michael's Wedding

On Saturday, October 18, 2008 Marisol and Michael tied the knot. It was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine. The ceremony was held at the Coral Gables Congregational Church. Following the ceremony, guest joined the couple to celebrate at Doral Reception Hall. I couldn't wait to receive the professional pics so I decided to post the few pictures I was able to snap with my camera. Enjoy!

The color scheme was burgundy and gold with a hint of pink and a touch of tiffany blue.

The reception location was lit with amber up lighting and many candles. The centerpieces, by Terra Flowers, were by far my favorite decorative element. They consisted of red and pink roses with willow branches spiraling down.

As favors, the guest received personalized shot glasses with the couples' last name initial, sparklers with matches for the couples grand exit, and a tasty candy station

The candy station was a big hit! I had to refill the vases several times throughout the night.

The cake was a beautiful cake by Edda's Cake Designs. The detailing on the cake was amazing and the brooch added an extra touch of elegance.
